Refund policy

GA-EFB has a 7-day free trial, so you can try everything before you buy. We still want you to be happy with it.

14-day refunds

If GA-EFB isn't for you, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying your licence, for any reason. Just ask.

How to ask

Email us at leontgiscombe@hotmail.com with the email address you bought with.

Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a licence is refunded, GA-EFB goes back to asking you to buy it, within a day. Your GA-EFB account and your data (logbook, plogs, notes and settings) are kept unless you ask us to delete them.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don't normally give refunds, but if GA-EFB doesn't work as described, please get in touch. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected by this policy.
